We are seeking an innovative, highly-organized, energetic, results oriented and tech-savvy administrator who is an exceptionally well-organized systems manager, communicator and team player–someone dedicated to achieving results who is ready to step into the important role of the Foundation’s Administrative Coordinator/Office Manager, working from our Museum District office.
Our perfect match would have the capacity to follow a well-thought-out protocol while remaining adaptable to situations as they arise; who excels in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships; exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding administrative, organizational, and customer service skills; has familiarity with budgeting and recording; and the ability to define problems, research solutions, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and proactively solve for success.
