Kickoff VegOut! at Hope Farms’ First Saturday Market

Ready to spice up your plate this March? Join us at Hope Farms’ First Saturday Market for the kickoff of our VegOut! Challenge. In celebration of National Nutrition Month, we’re daring our community to explore 30 different vegetables in 30 days – a delicious adventure in discovering the diverse world of fresh produce.
But the celebration doesn’t stop there. Every first Saturday throughout the year, Hope Farms comes alive with the buzz of community and the bounty of fresh harvest. Shop just-picked produce, master new skills in our cooking and gardening classes, and immerse yourself in Houston’s rich tapestry of food traditions. From farm-fresh ingredients to cultural culinary wisdom, we’re cultivating more than just vegetables – we’re growing a healthier, more connected community, one vibrant bite at a time.
Join us as we kick off this month-long veggie adventure and discover the joy of fresh, local eating in the heart of Houston.
