Teach Healthy Eating
We offer regular cooking classes to adults, kids and families at Hope Farms on Saturday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and other times as scheduled. We would love to feature you and your favorite insights and hacks to creating simple, healthy dishes – whether for an eight-year-old to attempt, for a busy Mom to feed her family or a wanna-be party host to concoct a special dinner. Some of these are free classes offered to the community, others are fee based and contribute to the sustenance of our work at Hope Farms.

Buy our Produce
We are devoted to delivering the quality and variety of produce you yearn for on your menus. Think of us as your personal farmer and let us join you on your creative journey. Whether you want us to just drop by your back door every week with our harvest in hand, or to explore specialty crops we can grow just for you—we are up for it! We continuously seek to revive lost heirlooms and experiment with new varietals, textures and flavors, adapted to our unique Gulf Coast growing environment, to spark your imagination, and dazzle your restaurant guests.
Farmer is happy to come visit with you and make a plan, and certainly would be over the moon to have you come visit the farm.
Chefs Brigade
Chefs are the heart of our work to teach, empower and inspire healthy eating and always have been.
When Gracie launched Recipe for Success Foundation in 2005, it was with the help of 24 chefs led by Monica Pope who rolled up their sleeves and helped her teach healthy cooking skills to thousands of kids. And then they turned around and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep the program going year after year. Chefs are still at the heart of what we do. Want to get involved?
Members of our Chefs Brigade volunteer to lead or help teach cooking classes, or to cook for a special event or commit to buying our Hope Farms produce. Those super-committed folks who volunteer their time to teach, cook and buy become members of our Chefs Advisory Board.
Cook For a Special Event
Is it any surprise that a chef driven organization focused on promoting healthy, mindful eating, features delicious food as the core of our fundraising events. From our Fall and Spring Chefs in the Field invitation-only events held at the Farm to thank our generous sponsors, the Fashion in the Fields Brunch and Fashion Show at Hope Farms held each November to salute Veterans Day and the swanky Delicious Alchemy Banquet on the First Monday in May, to the easy casual Chefs in the field Summer Series, our Chef Brigade members are on show.
Reach out to or call Mary at 713-520-0443 if any of these fun meals sound like your cup of tea.
